Bridge
with George Martin
The Bridge Group meets every Tuesday afternoon, from 2.00pm to 4.00 pm in
King James Court, West Street. We regularly get between three and six
tables and play Duplicate Bridge.
Although we do not give out final scores at the end of the afternoon we
use travelling score sheets in the boards so that players can see what
contracts were achieved at other tables.
This is a friendly, chatty group which does not take its Bridge too
seriously but very much enjoys the game. Help is given by the leader,
George Martin, to anyone who has difficulty with bidding or play.
Members can turn up on their own and always get a game.
There will be Summer Bridge every Wednesday evening at King James Court from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Partners are required but if you need one please contact Marguerite Robson who will endeavour to find a partner for you. This Bridge evening is from Wednesday, 22nd May to August 28th inclusive.
